Inn Policies

• Accommodations: 8 rooms with private baths and 2 rooms with shared bath.

• Open: Year Round

• Reservations: Reservations are highly recommended.

• Payment: 50% deposit with reservation. 30 day cancellation notice is required, Dartmouth Graduation requires a 6 month cancellation notice. Large parties will be discussed upon reservation. MasterCard and Visa accepted.

• Restrictions: No smoking in the inn and no pets.

• Breakfast: A full gourmet breakfast is served from 8 - 9:30 a.m. each morning.

• Rates:  Rates may vary according to the room and season.

  $89.00 - $149.00 per night, based on double occupancy

• Additional Charges: There will be a charge of $25.00 for each additional adult and / or child (over the age of 12) in a room.  All room rates are subject to a 15% New Hampshire room and meals tax,and including service charge.

• Check in: 3p.m. *If you are anticipating arriving after 8p.m. please give us a call so we can make arrangements for your arrival.

• Check Out: 11a.m.

Cancellations:

If reservations are cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date your deposit will be refunded less a $15.00 per room service charge. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less a $15.00 per room service charge, only if the room or rooms are able to be re-assigned. Cancellations made 2 days prior to the arrival are charged in full. Dartmouth Graduation requires a 6 month cancellation notification. Cancellation for large parties will be discussed upon reservation.
